We offer a variety of pole classes for every stage of your fitness journey. Leveled classes are designed to build on each other but drop-ins are welcome. This is your pole journey. We are here to guide you!
Pre-registration is required for all classes.
NOTE: If there are fewer than two students registered for a class, the class will be canceled prior to class.
Please come prior to the start of class to fill out any waivers and complete any payment for class.

Class Pass (4 classes):

We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards. Payment is due prior to class.
Recommended Attire:
Shorts and sleeveless tops are highly recommended for pole classes. Layers, leg warmers, socks and knee pad recommendations for any floor based classwork. Layers are are helpful for stretching before and after class.

Level 1 Pole Class
Build a foundation for your pole tricks. Learn basic spins, climbs, and floor inverts.

Sunday at 6:00pm-7:30pm

Level 2 Pole Class
Take your pole enthusiasm to the next level. Learn low tricks, combos, varied climbs, and begin aerial inverts. Must be able to climb and invert from the floor independently.

Level 3 Pole Class
For the high flying poler. Learn aerial inverts, top of pole tricks and combos, as well as advanced spins and climbs. Must be able to securely leg hang (inside and outside), jasmine, genie, and inverted crucifix independently.

Strength and Flexibility
A class that focuses on strengthening and lengthening the key muscles for aerial work. No equipment is needed and adjustments for all levels are available.

Liquid Motion
Liquid Motion is not just about rolling around on the floor or at the base of the pole. LM strives to achieve a seamless and natural movement with your body by applying basic dance to sensual movements. Utilizing lateral movement, floor and wall flows and your own unique sensual awareness are what help define Liquid Motion. Good for all levels. Layers, knee pads, and socks are recommended. Shoes are not required.
